Events - You may cancel your regiastration with at least 14 days notice and receive a full refund less a $35 processing fee. Cancellations less than 14 before the event date are subject to a 25% cancelation fee. In extenuating circumstances, cancelation fees may be waived at our discretion.
Kaushal Aras reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Registrants will be offered a full refund.
If an event is postponed, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Products - In the event of damage to product(s) in shipping, it is our policy to follow the same policy and procedures of the respective shipping company. Please notify us in the event or receipt of damaged product(s) to receive instuctions for notification of the carrier.
Products may be returned in new and unused condition within five days of your receipt with the exception of products that are defective. All returns require a Return Authorization number prior to shipping. Returns without a Return authorization number or items shipped freight collect will not be accepted. if your order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 5 days of receipt. Unless defective, returned products will be exchanged for credit towards future purchases.
