Manage client support team and customer account for Boeing 787 warehouses in North America. Perform as a trusted and strategic partner, collaborator, and SME for supply chain and logistics to create a comprehensive solution design and implementation. Responsible for Boeing's Aggregated Standards Network Program, 787 IT supply chain, warehouse operations, and ISO 20000 and 27001 certification compliance.

Oversee a technology team including senior project managers, business analysts, security engineers, and systems engineers to ensure IT business objectives are staffed and achieved. Frequently interact with CIO, Senior VP’s and key leaders to present solution recommendations, build vs. buy software feasibility studies, business process reengineering, automation metrics, and KPIs.
